What do I benefit by registering with DCL?

By registering as a merchant with us, you will unlock a multitude of benefits that will propel your business forward. Not only will we connect you with customers regardless of their location, but we will also amplify your business's visibility by running targeted advertisements on your behalf. To top it off, we will handle the logistics aspect of your business without you paying the delivery fee.

What do DCL get in return when I register as a merchant?

Our pricing model is straightforward and transparent. As a merchant on our platform, you will only need to pay a commission of 5% on each order placed by a customer. This minimal fee allows us to maintain our platform and provide you with the tools and support you need to grow your business, while ensuring you retain the majority of your earnings.

How do I know a customer places an order?

Once a customer/client places an order, you will receive a notification from your end, and we will assign a delivery manager very close to your store to handle the delivery.

How do you handle a situation where no delivery managers show up to pick up an order for delivery?

You can reach out to the support team or the merchant operations department to lodge complaints. Swift actions will be taken to avoid disappointment.

How do I receive the payment of the orders placed by customers/clients?

The total amount of an order placed, including the order fee, service fee and the delivery fee will be received from our end. Clients/Customers can use any of our modes of payment (Flutterwave/Debit or Credit card/Google Pay/USSD/Bank transfers) to pay for their service.

All transactions received in a day will be processed within 24 hours and sent to the merchant account. Note: This also applies to weekend transactions. No delay! If any delay will occur from our end due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
